Be Present

Are you more interested in the past, the present or the future?

As the year draws to a close, it’s natural to reflect on our past and look forward to our future.

But the most certain way I know to live, work and play our best is to pay extra-ordinary attention to the richness of the present moment.

This, in fact, may be the most significant hallmark of the happiest, healthiest and most successful people I know - they recognize, appreciate and make the most of each and every moment.

Amidst the holiday rush to give and gather presents, please don’t forget the greatest gift of all – the gift of being truly present to the wonder and blessings of the life you are living right now.

Every best wish to you throughout the holidays and in the year ahead.

“Let there be peace on earth!”
