Return On Assets

How well do you use your proven strengths to pursue your most significant ambitions?

Pure talent, of course, is a great advantage but it does not guarantee victory if it is not utilized fully.

While few of us are the best in the world at what we do, it’s possible to compete and defeat the best if we are disciplined and skillful in directing and leveraging our strengths.

No matter how gifted you or your organization may be, the primary challenge for all of us seeking higher levels of experience and performance is to “get the most out of what we’ve got.”

We may be blessed with the speed of a rabbit or the persistence of a tortoise but we need to run each race to the best of our ability.

What is your greatest and most enduring strength or talent?

Be sure to put it to good use, today.
