Count Your Blessings

Are you more likely to focus on your blessings or your troubles?

Those who aspire to healthy, fulfilling and successful experiences tend to recognize all that is good in their lives on a regular basis. This consistent daily emphasis on one's blessings, even amidst hardship, illness or misfortune, tends to build the courage, resilience and self-confidence that are required to pursue great dreams, ambitions and relationships.

In the words of Og Mandino, "Count your blessings. Once you realize how valuable you are and how much you have going for you, the smiles will return, the sun will break out, the music will play and you will finally be able to move forward ... with grace, strength, courage and confidence."
